Nora Häuptle, 38, übernimmt ab dem 1.12.2021 das Amt der Nationaltrainerin und Technischen Direktorin für die Frauen im Israelischen Fussballverband IFA. Zu ihren Aufgaben gehören neben der Betreuung und der Weiterentwicklung der Nationalmannschaft auch der Aufbau einer neuen, ambitionierten Frauenfussball-Struktur in Israel inkl. Scouting, Talenförderung und Implementierung einer eigenen fussballerischen Spielphilosophie. Eine grosse Herausforderung, aber auch ein sehr spannendes, weitgefächertes Betätigungsfeld für Nora, die zu ihrem neuen Posten sagt: “I’m very satisfied that I’ve signed with the IFA and enthusiastic to represent the Israeli football and it’s outstanding values as the new Coach of the Women´s National Team and Technical Director. I thank the IFA leaders for the confidence they have placed in me and I’m looking forward to start together a successful journey with my new staff and team. I see a lot of potential for the Israeli Women’s Football and I’m very exciting to develop an ambitious new vision following the announced “Israeli Way”.
